Iron Fitness Singapore is proud to present our flagship fundamental class program. This is a workout routine specially designed to help new athletes familiarise themselves with the various strength and conditioning principles. You’ll also experience how an intensive CrossFit training is like.
When you decide to enrol in our training program, we’ll guide you on the best methods to achieve your fitness goals. Whether it is to:

That’s why we developed this fundamental class to help get you started quickly.
Here’s What You’ll Be Training
The main goal here is to help you learn the right technique and maintain proper form throughout your workout. This program will instill the basic movements into you. Movements that become a solid foundation for all your future fitness training.
Here’s a quick overview of the class program when you register with us:
- We’ll begin with our unique warm-up routine that will help release any tension in your body so as to prevent any injuries when you’re working out
- We’ll conduct a movement review and briefing, pointing out the key areas to look out for in each workout and how it helps you
- You’ll have a short period to practice the movements as our coaches observe your form and technique
- Once they’ve accessed that you’ve got the fundamentals in, we’ll begin the full workout proper
- We’ll end with a cool down routine after every workout
The entire session should be about 2.5 hours from start to end. The sessions will be conducted on a Saturday morning and remember to properly hydrate yourself before coming down for the training.
