Whether you’re looking to gain muscle mass, increase your timing, lose weight, prepare for national service, or any other training requirements, our dedicated team of coaches are here to guide you on your journey. Many programs out there will focus on 3-months training and they are effective. But sometimes we understand you want to achieve your objectives much faster.
That’s where our strength and conditioning workouts come into the picture.
It is designed for beginners and athletes alike to strengthen your core muscles, the same group of muscles you’ll activate in any sport. But fast results doesn’t mean we let go of safety precautions.
On the contrary, here at Iron Fitness Singapore, we’ll adjust the programming and intensity to fit your current fitness level. Unlike commercial gyms, we’ll also be pushing you to exceed your personal limitations and break your personal best. Many of our newcomers were even surprised to see how fast they achieved results. Many of them have never even touch a weight before and are now lifting twice their body weight.
If this is your first time visiting our gym, we require you to go through our fundamental class first as it will provide you with basic techniques to kick-start your training. Once you’ve gone through the 3 sessions, you can join the athletes in our regular standard class or choose to enroll specifically in our barbell club.
Should you prefer more personal attention from our class settings, we do provide personal 1 to 1 coaching as well.
The Various Training Programs at Iron Fitness Singapore
All newcomers are required to go through this class first to develop the right techniques and understand our safety rules and precaution.
Our main program consists of crossfit elements you may already be familiar with along with the Bulgarian’s conjugate techniques for developing strength and endurance. You’ll experience high-intensity training, weight lifting and many other unique workouts you can’t find in your community gyms.
Focusing purely on power lifting and olympic weight lifting. The barbell club is our weekly Friday training program which develops your explosive power to channel strength from your feet to your shoulders.
For those who prefer a much more customised and personalised attention in your training, our personal coaching is a 1-to-1 session with our trained coach who will help you keep track of your goals and help you work towards achieving them.
